Know thyself - knowing thyself, is accepting, loving, forgiving, embracing, surrendering, being courageous and living by ones values - so I've given it that meaning and this may change..

It's been a big week of so many emotions, learning, growing, grieving, loving, accepting and letting go.

Dr John Dimartini says it in another form and on a deeper level what is written below reflects exactly what Carl Jung was trying to express - not that Carl Jung, needed any one to help him improve his expression or maybe he did? As we all learn from Is the insecure man suppressing his masculinity by not being comfortable with his femininity? 

Since when did not looking after our appearance become something that was perceived to be unmasculine? Or just vaine? Or improaching on sexuality?
