We coach you with HYPNOTHERAPY, Neurolinguistic programming and timeline therapy in our 1 on 1 sessions so we can help you create behaviours and habits that lead you to success and the high performance. You will come out the other end of each session with a new capacity in self to be your best version of you, So you can get the health connection happiness and better body compositional results and continue your journey of growth.
Blueprint Analysis to understand your individual deficiencies and or gut health issues:
We break down your Blueprint, so you can finally understand and find out what has been holding you back when looking into your health handbrakes (while reviewing your medical history and any relevant lab tests).
Individual Nutrition and supplementation so you can get lean and feel amazing.
Based off of your blue print, we provide you with your individual nutrition and supplementation guidelines to support you to optimal health, taking into consideration gut health and physiological function. SO you can achieve the body composition results you thought to be unachievable.
We ask you to provide photo feedback of your meals, so we can coach you through your choices!
Individual training programming so you can look awesome.
Based off of any medical history or chronic pain, we write your programs to move you out of pain, if any and create a physique that is broad, defined and mobile. We draw on principles hypertrophy and strength based principles combining some of the best information along with our own methods trialed and errors over the past 10 yrs.
We ask you to film all of your exercises so we can provide feedback and coaching.
Group education sessions so you can learn, grow and evolve quicker faster.
We meet each week to learn the foundations of beliefs, values, principles of life and topics of education on masculinity and self development that will give you the tools to tackles life’s challenges with great ability, wisdom and capacity to communicate effectively so you can get more of what you want in life, leadership and relationship. We will also support and challenge each other discuss wins and discuss how to be better for the week ahead!
Biofeedback, constant accountability so you can create more awareness and proactivity.
We incorporate weekly biofeedback questions and consistent accountability to keep you focused on track and aware of your development, progress, create deeper self awareness and also so we can navigate any blocks in your progress.
